Returns and Exchanges

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased. You can return unwanted items by post within 30 calendar days of receipt of your goods.

Ship your item back to Us

Should your goods arrive in a damaged or otherwise unsatisfactory condition, please return it/them within 30 calendar days with a covering letter making plain whether you require a refund or replacement. It is advisable to also inform us via email of the goods’ return so we can take prompt and effective action regarding your instructions. Returns to:
